What warranty is included?
Every refurbished device from MTM IT comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. Accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorised modifications are not covered.
Can I return the phone?
Online purchases have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery. You can return the device for any reason, provided it is in original condition with all accessories. Buyer pays return shipping unless faulty. In-store purchases do not have an automatic right to return unwanted devices, but faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
