My daughter dropped and smashed her phone last night. Matt replied really quickly and booked us in for a 1-hour repair slot today — it's come back looking brand new. Super efficient, reasonably priced and excellent service.
On holiday in Devon and dropped my phone, smashing the screen. I received a response straight away and the screen was replaced the next day at 2pm. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

He basically built me a whole new phone — it's like when I got it brand new out the box. Would have cost so much sending it to Apple. I highly recommend going to him.
Brilliant service. A "yes, it can be fixed" followed by a same-day appointment. Phone taken, back in an hour. Simple, and not an excessive amount. Would recommend for sure.
