The workshop is at The Old Bakery on West Exe South, a few minutes from Tiverton town centre. It works by appointment rather than as a walk-in counter, and that is deliberate: it means your slot is yours, the part is already in, and you are not sitting waiting behind three other jobs. Same-day appointments are usually available, so in practice booking costs you nothing in time.

What happens next
- We look at it properly, free. Diagnostics cost nothing, and neither does a repair we cannot complete.
- You get the exact price before we start. The prices on this site are "from" prices; the real figure is confirmed with you after the diagnostic, and we do not start until you have said yes.
- Most repairs are done the same day. Phone screens, batteries and charging ports take about an hour. Some jobs — liquid damage, MacBook screens — need longer, and we will tell you that upfront rather than after.
- It is covered for 12 months. If the part we fitted fails, or the original fault returns, we put it right at no charge. New accidental damage — another drop, a fresh crack — is a new repair, not a warranty claim.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just turn up?

Which number should I use — the landline or the mobile?
Either. The landline, 01884 693694, is best during business hours and is the quickest way to talk something through. The mobile, 07446 938625, takes WhatsApp messages and texts at any time — useful if you want to send a photo of the damage before you commit to anything.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday mornings from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Messages sent outside those hours are picked up the next working morning.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Quickly during business hours — usually the same day. If you need an answer immediately, ring rather than emailing; the phone is always faster than the form.
What if I can't get to Tiverton?
We come to you. Mobile call-out covers Cullompton, Crediton, Wellington, Dulverton and the wider Mid Devon area, and a call-out charge applies on top of the repair price, quoted upfront. If a repair turns out to need the workshop we take the device back, do the work and return it to you — and you still only pay one call-out fee, not two.
Does it cost anything to get a diagnosis?
No. Diagnostics are free and there is no charge if we cannot fix it. We confirm the exact price with you after the diagnostic and before any work begins, so nothing is a surprise.
Can you tell me the price over the phone?
For common repairs on common models, usually yes — screen and battery prices for every model we list are on this site. For anything less obvious, or where the damage might run deeper than it looks, we would rather see the device than guess at a number we then have to change.
