My new wireless printer won't connect — can you sort it?

My printer says "offline" but it's switched on — why?

"Offline" is usually a connection or driver glitch rather than a fault with the printer. We clear it and get it printing again, and stop it happening repeatedly where we can.

Can you set up printing from my phone or tablet?

Yes — we set up wireless printing from iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, as well as from your PC or Mac.
