Yes — files, photos, bookmarks, email and accounts all come across. If the old machine still works that's straightforward; even if it's broken we can usually recover the data first.

I'm switching from Windows to Mac — can you help?

Absolutely. We regularly move people between Windows and Mac, transferring files and getting you set up and comfortable on the new system.

Will my email and passwords carry over?

Yes — we set your email up on the new device and get your accounts signed in. Bring any passwords you have; where needed we'll help you reset them securely.

How much does new device setup cost?

New device setup starts from £49. We'll confirm the price up front based on how much needs transferring and installing.

Can you set up the computer at my home?

Yes — we can set up and transfer at our Tiverton workshop or come to you on call-out, which is handy if you'd rather not unplug everything.
